Bernard Uechtritz became licensed to sell real estate in California in 1993 and in Texas in 2004. He consults on an international level in property management, development, strategic marketing and specialty applications in the acquisition and disposition of real property.
Uechtritz became known as one of southern Californias most prominent real estate sales professional in the luxury marketplace, representing many high profile celebrities and business clientel. His list of well known past clients include, Howie Mandel, Lloyd Bridges, Radio personality Dr Laura Slazenger, The Estate of Jose and Kitty Menendez, Rock singer Meatloaf, and Olympian Bruce Jenner (The Kardashians) and others. He went on to develop and operate several highly successful luxury real estate sales companies including multiple REMAX franchise offices as well as Front Gate Properties.
Uechtritz has represented international businesses, individuals and lending institutions in a variety of private and/or complex real estate transactions, dispositions and acquisitions, including expertise in the areas of probate and bankruptcy as well as estate division and receivership. He has long represented many lenders in the marketing and sale of their REO (Real Estate Owned) properties.
In Texas, Uechtritz joined the well known real estate sales firm, Henry S Miller company in Dallas, where along with other deals; he successfully closed transactions on large acreage ranch property such as the JL Williams HTC Ranch in Tyler and the Lone Oak Ranch in Marque.
Uechtritz is currently engaged in the consultation and representation (sale/acquisition) of Farm and Ranch property, and has most recently incorporated alliances with international Auction Sales companies as a part of services and strategy offered in the sale of property, through a new entity to be launched in January 2011 Texas Farms /Ranches and Great Estates. |
